Data Deletion

SolanaStake (solanastake.app, including the Android app on Google Play and the Solana dApp Store) has no traditional account registration: there is no name, email address or password. When you sign in with your wallet, we create a profile record keyed to your wallet address. Everything else we store is keyed to the public Solana wallet addresses you use with the Service. This page explains what that is and how to have it deleted. The Privacy Policy has the full details.

What we store

• A profile record for your wallet address, created when you sign in with your wallet
• Wallet addresses you have looked up or connected, and any names you gave them
• Wallets you saved to your profile after signing in with your wallet
• Cached copies of public on-chain data for those addresses: stake accounts, staking rewards, liquid staking token events and, if you opted in, computed liquid staking reward records
• Pending stake moves you recorded, if you used Move stake
• "Notify me" requests you made on Coming soon panels
• Records of subscriptions and payments made before the Service became free

Delete it yourself

• Saved wallets: sign in with your wallet, open Wallets → Manage and remove them
• Data kept in your browser (wallet names, the anonymous visit identifier, the wallet connection): clear this site's data in your browser settings, or uninstall the app

Ask us to delete the rest

To delete everything we store for a wallet address, email contact@solanastake.app with the subject "Data deletion request" and include:

• The wallet address
• A message signed with that wallet (most wallets offer "Sign message") that reads: "Delete my SolanaStake data" and today's date, so we know the request comes from the wallet's owner

We delete your profile record and everything linked to it (saved wallets, recorded stake moves, "notify me" requests and past subscription and payment records), along with our cached copies of on-chain data for that address, and reply when it is done. We'll endeavour to get back to you as soon as we can, based on priority. If the law requires us to keep a payment record for longer, we keep only that record and tell you so. Public blockchain data itself cannot be removed, because it lives on the Solana blockchain; we delete only our copies of it.
